One Class At a Time Students take one class at a time. This allows students to focus universityofphoenixcatalog on one subject at a time. Classes last from five universityofphoenixcatalog to six weeks, and each class builds on the previous one. This enables students to master one subject before moving on to the next, and also allows for students to apply what they learn in one class to the following. Classes are team focused. Each individual is assigned to a team of three to five students who meet weekly to discuss lecture material and prepare assignments.
